Terms of service.

These are the terms for using solyx.org, the SOLYX Discord bot, and the SOLYX FiveM server. Using any of them means you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. They're written plainly for a hobby community project, not as a substitute for professional legal advice.

The account

You sign in with Discord and, to play, link a single FiveM game account to that site account. Once linked, that link is permanent — there's no self-service unlink, specifically so a suspension can't be shrugged off by re-linking a clean game key. If you have a legitimate reason to change it (a genuine platform migration, account recovery, etc.), open a ticket in Discord.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Evade a suspension or ban by any means — new accounts, new hardware, sharing access with someone else to play in your place, etc.
• Attempt to bypass, exploit, or interfere with the queue, connect gate, or any site/server system.
• Use the site, bot, or server for anything illegal, or to harass, threaten, or harm another person.
• Misrepresent your identity, age, or Discord account ownership.

In-game conduct is governed separately, in full, by the rules codex — read it, it's the actual rulebook.

The Discord bot

The SOLYX Discord bot reads limited server data (your roles, ID, username) to keep site permissions in sync and to power a small number of commands. It doesn't read your private messages and doesn't post on your behalf outside of its own commands. Removing the bot's role or leaving the Discord server may disable features that depend on it (role-based permissions, applications, notifications).

Enforcement

Staff enforce the rules using the discipline system described on the rules page. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access — including terminating a site account entirely — for evasion attempts, abuse of site/server systems, or conduct that falls outside these terms, independent of the standard point-based process when the severity warrants it.

No affiliation

SOLYX is an independent, fan-run roleplay community. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, or Cfx.re (FiveM).

No warranty

SOLYX is a hobby project, provided as-is. We don't guarantee uptime, data preservation, or that the server or site will be available at any given time. We aren't liable for loss of in-game progress, items, or characters resulting from bugs, downtime, resets, or moderation action.

Changes

These terms may change as the server evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date; continuing to use the site or server after a change means you accept the update.
