Six-player cap on PvP crime
Any criminal group setting out to do PvP activity is capped at 6 players at a time. This keeps fights easy to follow and stops scenes from becoming a 20-person pile-on. Pick roleplayers over shooters and grinders — pure gunplay over story isn't what we're here for.
Planning a store robbery? Six is your ceiling for everyone going hands-on — and that includes the lookout on the corner and the voice on the radio. If they're feeding you info, they count toward the six.
Acting as a lookout or relaying info over radio counts you as part of the scenario.
Exception: if your group of 6 takes hostile action against a group larger than 6, everyone involved is flagged into that scene and can roleplay it out naturally.
