New Life Rule (NLR)

When you're downed and respawn at the hospital, your character forgets the moments that led to going down. That death has weight — you don't come back for round two.

You're killed in a shootout and respawn at the hospital. Your character doesn't remember who shot them and doesn't go hunting for payback — that scene is closed for you.

• You can't respawn if you've been told police or EMS are on the way to your scene.

• While you're down, try to contact medical help of some kind.
