Crime Improvement

as a crime main i have to say the crime progression is way to late like you will have a couple cars before you hit a store i feel like we should implement smaller crimes like ATMS or make pawn shop contracts of items that pays you for an assortment of things and have all civ jobs have a legal side and once u level up have an illegal side to it but lwk there was like no crime at all it was js shoot shoot run run oh wait i can rob a package now so yea ATMS and stores needa be more accesible to the bottom level crim and make us clean that money we got from atms and stores
